Terms for Vignis digital products, member services, and learning experiences. Effective 8 August 2026.

Who we are

Vignis LLC

Vignis LLC (“Vignis”, “we”, “us”) develops bilingual educational films, essays, source notes, learning trails, animation, and knowledge services. Contact contact@vignis.ai or telephone +1 347 440 2535.

Product scope

Vignis Thinks is an educational and cultural learning library.

It connects science, philosophy, culture, creativity, and emerging technology through long-form studies. It does not offer divination, horoscopes, fortune-telling, clairvoyance, or predictive advice. SageSight is a separate product and no SageSight transaction is processed through this Paddle checkout.

Orders

Paddle is the Merchant of Record.

Orders placed through the Paddle checkout are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable tax, receipts, buyer billing support, refund approval, and returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms presented at checkout also form part of the purchase.

Membership

One year, paid once.

The Vignis Thinker one-year pass is a single payment for 365 days of access and does not renew automatically. The current advertised price is US$89.99 before any tax or localised amount shown by Paddle. The amount shown in the Paddle checkout is the binding order total.

Immediate access

Digital access begins after confirmed payment.

By selecting the consent box before checkout, you request immediate access after payment and acknowledge that streaming, opening, downloading, saving progress in, or otherwise benefiting from restricted member content constitutes use. To the extent permitted by law, used digital content and benefits are not refundable.

Usage records

Delivery and progress may be recorded.

We may keep proportionate server records of entitlement, access, and learning progress, together with streaming or download events where those features record them, to provide the service, secure the account, demonstrate delivery, and assess support or refund requests. Our Privacy Notice explains these records.

Personal access

One account for one member.

You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Access is personal and non-transferable. It may not be resold, publicly shared, systematically scraped, or used to train another commercial service without written permission.

Learning boundary

Educational information, not regulated professional advice.

Vignis content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, admissions, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made after engaging with the material.

Availability

A living library changes over time.

We may improve, replace, reschedule, or retire individual studies while using reasonable care to preserve the overall purchased value, maintain the service, and communicate material changes.

Refunds

Fourteen days to submit a request.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days and are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, documented use, and applicable law. Unused purchases normally qualify for full-refund review. Used value is not refundable where law permits; a request may be partially approved or declined. Non-waivable consumer rights always apply.

Expiry

No cancellation is required.

The pass ends after 365 days without another automatic payment. A refund, reversal, final chargeback, or material breach may end the related access earlier.

Liability

Reasonable and proportionate limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vignis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

The dated version identifies the applicable terms.

We may update these terms for legal, operational, or product reasons. Material changes affecting an active paid period will be communicated reasonably.
