Information needed to provide and protect the service.

• Account identifiers, email address, language, and authentication provider.
• Membership status, Paddle customer or transaction references, and paid-access dates.
• Learning progress, saved reflections, content-access records and, where a feature records them, streaming or download events.
• Support communications and security, device, fraud-prevention, and operational logs.

Vignis does not receive full card or wallet credentials.

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and independently processes checkout, payment methods, tax, receipts, fraud prevention, refund decisions, and returns under its own privacy notice. Vignis receives limited transaction and entitlement information needed to activate access and provide support.

Available records may demonstrate delivery and use.

We may use entitlement, content-access and progress records, together with streaming or download events where those features record them, to deliver the member library, secure accounts, resolve technical problems, prevent abuse, and assess whether paid digital content has been used when a support or refund request is made.

Account access, fulfilment, support, security, and improvement.

We use data to authenticate members, provide purchased access, remember progress, answer requests, meet legal and tax obligations, secure the service, and improve quality. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and may be unsubscribed from.

Specialist providers support Vignis.

We use Supabase for account and database services, Google for optional sign-in, Paddle for approved commerce, and Vercel for hosting and delivery. Providers process data under their own terms and may operate internationally.

No longer than reasonably needed.

Account, membership, transaction-reference, usage, and support records are kept while needed for service delivery and for reasonable periods afterward to meet tax, security, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Records no longer needed may be deleted or anonymised.

Access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, and objection.

Depending on applicable law, you may exercise these rights by contacting us. Paddle and Vignis may need to retain certain transaction, fraud, tax, or dispute records even after an account request.

Layered safeguards, not absolute guarantees.

We use access controls, signed sessions, restricted server credentials, and encrypted transport. Use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Material changes will be made visible.

We may update this notice as the service, providers, or law changes. The effective date identifies the current version.

账户访问、履行购买、支持、安全与改进。

我们使用数据验证会员身份、提供已购买访问权、保存学习进度、回应请求、履行法律与税务义务、保护服务并改进质量。营销信息仅在法律允许时发送，且可退订。

专业服务商共同支持 Vignis。

我们使用 Supabase 提供账户与数据库服务、Google 提供可选登录、Paddle 提供已批准交易服务、Vercel 提供托管与交付。相关服务可能跨境处理数据。

不超过合理所需期限。

账户、会员、交易引用、使用与支持记录会在交付服务所需期间及此后合理期限内保存，以履行税务、安全、退款、争议、反欺诈与法律义务。无需继续保存的记录可被删除或匿名化。

访问、更正、导出、删除、限制与反对。

依适用法律，你可联系我们行使相关权利。Paddle 与 Vignis 可能在账户请求后仍需依法保留部分交易、欺诈、税务或争议记录。

采用多层保护，但不存在绝对保证。

我们使用访问控制、签名会话、受限服务端凭证与加密传输。请使用独立密码；若怀疑未授权访问，请及时联系我们。

重大变化会被明确展示。
