For a receipt, payment-method issue, or refund request, use the support route in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. You may also send Vignis the Paddle transaction reference so we can help coordinate the request.
Include the account email, Paddle transaction reference, request reason, and relevant access details. Eligibility depends on the Refund Policy, documented use, Paddle’s decision, and applicable law. Used digital content is not refundable where law permits.
Write to contact@vignis.ai with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before acting.
Complex billing, fraud, or privacy matters may take longer when Paddle, an authentication provider, a payment network, or a legal verification step is involved.
